I had an attorney that I dismissed previously because I was told by him that I had no chances of winning my DUI case when I knew that I was not guilty of a DUI charge. I was in a very bad accident that left me in the hospital with a broken neck, broken leg, collapsed lung, and other severe injuries. A lawyer who knew a doctor came to my hospital room and told me that I needed “to settle very quickly”, for what seemed like a small amount of money considering my injuries. Michael Pearson was then refereed to me and visited me in the hospital. He gave me excellent advice, and I quickly realized I needed him to represent me. My recovery did not end after leaving the hospital. I could not walk for over a month after the accident, and I had a very long and intense period of physical therapy for the next six months. During this time, naturally I grew very concerned about how this would affect my career as a professional pilot and my physical abilities, with possible limitations, in the future.
